About Fostering Support Group
Fostering Support Group is an independent organisation providing a comprehensive range of childcare services to young people looked after by local authorities.

The organisation was formed in 1989, one of the first independent fostering providers offering placements for local authorities. Today, the agency is a part of the Care UK group of companies and a market leader in its field, its success having been built on outstanding ethical credentials, together with the highest possible level of support for local authorities, the young people they look after, their foster carers and staff.

FSG is a member of the Fostering Network and BAAF. All of our foster carers are members of the Fostering Network. All qualified staff are registered with the General Social Care Commission.

None of our work could be achieved without the skills, talents and
commitment of our staff teams. We are an Investor in People organisation,
and hold quality management accreditation (ISO 9001) for our services and
continually invest in the skills of our foster carers and staff.
We are an approved provider for the Pan London Contracts Steering Group and have contractual arrangements with many local authorities.
We are registered and regulated by the Commission for Social Care
Inspectorate (CSCI) reg. No 0000036581.
